Introduction

These terms of service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Teo Jun Sheng Pierre (“we”, “our”, “us”), the operator of Ahha. By using Ahha, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ahha is a language learning app that provides real-world dialogues with audio and an AI assistant to help you learn languages.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Ahha.
  • One account per person.
  • An email address is required for authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Ahha offers a free tier and a paid “Ahha Plus” subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • Subscription management, including cancellation and renewal, is handled through Apple.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

AI Chat Assistant

  • The AI chat assistant is intended for language learning assistance only.
  • It is not a substitute for professional language instruction.
  • Daily message limits apply.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses.

Content

Dialogue content, including text and audio, is owned by Ahha. You retain ownership of your chat messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to misuse or manipulate the AI chat assistant for purposes other than language learning
  • Reverse engineer any part of the app
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Circumvent rate limits or other security measures

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
